Ingredients
Your choice of vegetables, the below work well:
Sweet Potato
Carrot
Parsnip
Beetroot
Kale
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Additional Seasoning of choice
Method
Thinly slice the vegetables of your choice.
Place on foil on a baking tray and coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and additional seasoning of choice.
Bake at 180c for 10 – 15 minutes, checking and flipping throughout.
Check the kale crisps regularly as they burn easily.
Serve alone or with a houmous / avocado dip.
