Ingredients
For 1 portion
40g Rolled Oats
1tsp Chia Seeds
1tsp Cacao Powder
1tsp Goji Berries
150ml Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
Toppings of choice, I went for:
Dates, almond butter, raspberries and coconut
Method
Pour the oats into a pan. Add the chia seeds and goji berries and mix.
Spoon in the cacao powder and gradually pour over the milk. Stir thoroughly.
Cook on a low heat for 5 - 10 minutes stirring throughout.
Once at desired consistency, pour the porridge into a bowl.
Add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
