Makes 4 lollies
2 Large Bananas (cut in half to make 4 lollies)
1tbsp Nut Butter
1/2 Large bar of Dark Chocolate (or chocolate of choice)
Optional toppings to decorate - desiccated coconut, freeze dried raspberries and cacao nibs work well.
You will also need some wooden skewers / lollipop sticks.
Peel the 2 bananas and chop them in half.
Pierce a lolly stick in each of the banana halves.
Melt the chocolate in a pan or microwave.
Whilst the chocolate is melting, drizzle the nut butter evenly over the banana lollies.
Once melted, dip each lolly into the chocolate until covered.
Sprinkle over your toppings.
Place in the fridge to set and then store in the freezer in an airtight container.
Enjoy from frozen - best to enjoy within 7 days!
