Our Supper Clubs are designed to encourage busy, self-employed individuals connect, explore, and deepen their sense of self care, alongside a like-minded community. A celebration of what we do and an opportunity to consider how we can possibly grow in these areas.

During the supper clubs, Anna will be sharing her expertise on nutrition, stress management and digestive health, along with preparing a wholesome and seasonal meal carefully designed to nourish guests throughout each evening.
Fran will guide attendees through a yoga session focussed on explorative movement; to provide a safe space for self-enquiry, engage the body and the mind and leave guests feeling refreshed and renewed.

Managing Stress and Improving Energy: 6-9pm.
As the seasons change, it’s time to shake off the stress we have carried through the winter and get ready to spring into spring, feeling energised and at our best! Unfortunately, stress has such a huge impact on our health, with chronic stress being a contributor to most health concerns in modern life. Learning to manage stress more effectively, and prioritise tips and tools to close the stress cycle, will help us to feel more calm and present, and contribute to improved health both physically and mentally.
As well as discussing all things stress, during the supper club we will be chatting about how certain diet and lifestyle choices can help to improve our overall energy levels, reduce feelings of fatigue and prepare us to head into the season of fresh starts with fuel in our tank.
Join myself and Fran for an evening of health and wellness Kampus, mcr. The supper club is an opportunity to connect with like-minded self-employed individuals with a lot to juggle, to support each other through the busyness and to better prioritise our health.
Including:
• An uplifiting and energising yoga flow with Fran

• Plant based meal and drinks, designed to nourish you throughout the evening
