Ingredients
Makes 8 servings
1 400g tin of Chickpeas
1tbsp Tahini
Juice of large Lemon
1tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Method
Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Add to a blender with the crushed garlic, tahini, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
Squeeze in the lemon.
Blend until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy within 4 days.
