35g Oats
1tsp Chia seeds
1/2 Grated apple
100ml Coconut milk (or milk of choice)
1tbsp Coconut yogurt
Toppings of choice, I used:
1/2 Kiwi
Walnuts
Raspberries
Pomegranate
Add your oats to a bowl or an on the go jar. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and mix.
Grate 1/2 an apple and stir into the oat mixture.
Pour over 100ml of coconut milk until the oat mixture is covered.
Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning add the toppings of your choice! I went for a scoop of coconut yogurt, a handful of walnuts and some berries.
