It is difficult knowing how to cope with the overwhelming effects of COVID-19, and how to move forward during all of the uncertainty.
I am offering 1-1 coaching calls to provide a listening ear, an opportunity to share your worries and an option to learn more about how you can create healthier habits in order to prioritise your health and wellness at this unpredictable time.
Each call will be 30 minutes long and donation based, with the option to continue after the first call for ongoing support if you find it beneficial.
How can I help?
See below ‘Wellness Wheel’. These are the areas in which I provide support and guidance to clients, working to help them to feel healthier and happier both physically and mentally.
During our online call, I could provide some support with the following areas.
Dietary choices: Providing tips and guidance on how to eat well on a budget or with minimal ingredients. Balanced meal ideas could be discussed as well as ideas to keep the kids healthy while they’re off school.
Movement: Discussing ideas and providing inspiration for how you could keep moving whilst self-isolating or social distancing.
Stress management: Sharing tips to manage stress and anxiety at this overwhelming time and knowledge of creating healthier habits and routines to maintain a positive mindset.
Self care: Discussing the impact that self care and doing the things you enjoy will have on your health and mental wellbeing at this time. Sharing self care ideas, how you could fit these things into your day and managing the self critical thoughts surrounding this.
Sleep: Providing sleep well guidance and sharing why sleep is so important, particularly at difficult times.
Relationships: Providing a listening ear for those struggling to cope with the changes of living in close contact with their loved ones, and tips for how to deal with this.
Purpose: We may be struggling to feel fulfilled in this area when stuck in the house. Helping you to maintain positive routines in order to find the balance between staying productive and giving yourself space and time to relax.
Social: Sharing the importance of staying in touch with loved ones and providing creative tips of how to do so.

As well as promoting a healthy diet, as a holistic health coach, I consider the other areas of your life that may play a part in your overall health (eg. stress levels / sleep quality) and help you to manage these areas more effectively, working to balance out those imbalances and enliven the happiest and healthiest version of you.
