As well as my longer health and wellness packages, I am now offering Wellness Booster Class Sessions. These will allow you to focus solely on the area of your health in which you feel needs more attention.
During the session I will offer information, manageable tips and an opportunity for a Q&A as well as a 'Booster Class Booklet' to guide you moving forward.

Chronic stress can have a negative impact on our body, mind, mood and digestion. - The importance of sleep
Sleep is the pillar on which all areas of our health sit. When we sleep well, we are more likely to eat well, we feel less stressed and have the ability to think clearly when making lifestyle choices. Busy 21st century lifestyle means we often put sleep to the bottom of our to do list – the least of our priorities. Learn the importance of prioritising quality sleep, the impact it has on our wellbeing and tips on how to get a more restful night.
With so many things to juggle, like sleep, we put rest to the end of our to do list; a reward for getting all of our jobs done. But the truth is; there is no end, there will always be jobs to do. Years of being ‘busy’ has made boredom extinct. Once we stop filling our rest time with busyness our bodies will begin to gradually slow down, no longer living in high alert, but more able to switch off and more able to truly rest. Rest isn’t a reward – it’s a necessity when working toward a healthy balanced lifestyle. Discover the importance of rest and learn how to make it more of a priority.
You’ve got to love yourself first! As women in particular we are so hard on ourselves.We focus on every possible imperfection on the inside and out rather than giving ourselves credit for how amazing we are and all of the wonderful things that we do. Begin to realise you do not always need to be last on the list. Discover ways to prioritise self love and self acceptance. Together we will explore what ‘self care’ means to you and the impact prioritising this has on your overall wellbeing.
All sessions will take place online, via Zoom and will run for 90 minutes.

Prior to the 1-1 session I will send a questionnaire via email. There will be a couple of questions for you to answer so that I have more of an idea about your health history and health goals.
Of course, it will be difficult to give personalised wellness advice in one 90 minute session. These booster classes are designed as an opportunity for you to learn about a specific area of your health, discover manageable and relevant tips which could help you to make a change in this area and ask any questions you have.
Going forward, if you would like more personalised and ongoing support, I would happily book you in for a follow up or point you in the direction of my longer wellness programmes.
