Ingredients
Makes 6-8
1 Cup of Rolled Oats
1tbsp of Nut Butter
1tbsp Honey
Handful of Chocolate Chips
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Method
Pour rolled oats into a blender and blitz until ground consistency is reached.
Add the honey, nut butter and cinnamon to the blender and whizz again until the mixture thickens.
Roughly chop some chocolate to make your chocolate chunks, or use chocolate chips if you have them.
Add these to the blender and blitz once more until contents is well combined.
Remove from jug and roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy as a healthy snack! Yum!
