1 heaped tbsp Cacao Powder
50ml Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
Pinch of Salt
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for 12 minutes on 150c.
Once roasted and cooled slightly, add to a blender and blitz until ground.
Meanwhile, soak your dates in boiling water.
Drain then add the soft dates to the ground hazelnuts, along with the cacao powder.
Blitz well until thick and smooth.
Pour the milk into the blender and add the salt.
Blitz again until nutella reaches desired consistency.
Enjoy on toast, in porridge or with a spoon! Yum!
