Ingredients
Mejool Dates
Nut Butter of choice
Dark Chocolate
Optional toppings to decorate e.g. dessicated coconut, freeze dried raspberries or cinnamon.
Method
Break up the dark chocolate and melt over a pan.
Remove the stones from the dates.
Stuff the dates with nut butter of choice - almond is my fave!
Dip stuffed dates in melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with decorations (optional).
Leave to set and then either refrigerate or freeze.
Enjoy from chilled or frozen. Tastes like a healthy snickers!! Yum!
