Ingredients
Makes 8
200g Rolled Oats
2 Ripe Bananas
1tbsp Sultanas
1tbsp Nut butter (peanut and almond work well)
1tsp Cinnamon
Method
Preheat the oven at 180c.
Add the oats to a large mixing bowl with the ground cinnamon and sultanas. Mix.
Mash the bananas and gradually add to the oat mixture, stirring throughout.
Spoon in the nut butter and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Time to bake!
Mould the mixture into your desired cookie shape and size. Repeat. Add the cookies to a greased baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping throughout.
Enjoy warm or leave to cool and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
