Ingredients
Serves 1
1 Frozen Banana
2 Dates
2 Squares of Dark Chocolate
1tsp (heaped) of Nut Butter
1tbsp Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
Method
Break the frozen banana into pieces and add to a blender.
Scoop in the nut butter and add the (de-stoned) dates.
Break up the dark chocolate into small pieces and pour into the blender with the oat milk.
Blitz until smooth.
Spoon into a bowl and add any toppings of choice.
Eat asap after blending - it melts quick!
