Makes 4 portions
Generous bunch of Wild Garlic
Juice of 1 Lemon
2tbsp Pine nuts (or nuts of choice - walnuts work well too)
1tsp Vegan nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
1tbsp Olive Oil
1/2tsp Chilli flakes (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and add it to a blender/food processor.
Pour in the rest of the ingredients and blitz until thick and smooth.
Simple as that!
