2 Large handfuls of frozen berries
1tbsp Chia seeds
1 Dessert spoon of honey/maple syrup
Add the frozen berries to a pan with a dash of boiling water.
Simmer until the berries soften and become a little mushy.
Add the chia seeds and honey, stirring thoroughly.
Leave on a low heat until the berries soften further and a more runny, jam like texture is created.
By this point, the chia seeds should have expanded.
Leave the jam in the pan to cool before adding to a jar and storing in the fridge.
Enjoy as a porridge topping or with some toast! Yum!
